The endless hallway at the Haunted Mansion.

What IS that chewing at that pile of bones?

Didn't you listen to the ghost host? No Flash Photography!
-- Trust me, no flash was used for this photo. Unlike some people, I never use flash on the rides! This was taken at ISO 3200.

Jeff Toro
Zero's collection of bones in the Haunted Mansion Holiday.

Shannon
That is the Haunted Mansion... Done up I believe for The Nightmare before Christmas...

John and Heather
This is Zero's bone pile in the Haunted Mansion when decorated for "Nightmare Before Christmas" in New Orleans Square in Disneyland.

Answer:
This is a facade in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot section of California Adventure.

The responses I received were:

Jeff Toro
In DCA on Hollywood Blvd, near Cruella Devils dressing room??

John and Heather
This is somewhere in the Hollywood Back lot area, next to Cruella De Ville Trailer.

Jayson Weingarten
A door in the Gold Country area of DCA. Gold Country is what I call the area across from Golden Dreams/Screams.
-- Good guess. I have used a door from that area in an earlier Mystery Photo.

Tim & Malinda
In the Hollywood Pictures area near the Monsters Inc. courtyard.

Guess what? I found another trash can. Where would you see this one?

Answer:
This trash can can be found just inside the entrance to the Main Street Photo Supply Co. shop at Disneyland.

Click on the image to enlarge

The responses I received were:

Tim & Malinda
Just inside the door at the Golden Horseshoe.

Richard Blythe
The Golden Horseshoe theater.
I'm pretty sure the trash cans inside the Golden Horseshoe are the normal Frontierland ones with a false wood grain pattern. But now you two have me wondering. I'll try to get there on Wednesday to verify this.

Edited 10/31/07: I was partially correct. The trash cans inside the Golden Horseshoe do have a wood grain pattern, however they are not the usual Frontierland trash cans. The Golden Horseshoe's are a much darker brown and don't have the "WASTE PLEASE" text on them.

Also, Downtown Disney sure does become a weird place when darkness descends on Halloween night! That sure was fun. Though the traffic back home was a nightmare...

What is this? Where would you see it?

Answer:
This is one of the Fastpass ticket machines for California Adventure's Soarin' Over California.

Click on the image to enlarge

The responses I received were:

DisneyDede
It's a Fastpass machine. I plan to come back to Disneyland in 2008 hopefully so maybe I can answer more correctly. I haven't been to California since 2003.

Jeff Toro
I know its a Fastpass kiosk, but I don't know which one, so I will guess it to be the one for Grizzly River Run.

Tim & Malinda
The Fastpass at Soarin' over California.

John and Heather
This is a Fastpass machine. We think it is Grizzly Run Rapids in DCA fast pass machine.

John and Heather (again)
I took another look at the photo and I now think it might be the Fastpass machine for Autopia in Tomorrowland.

Shannon
Aladdin’s Oasis?

Jayson Weingarten
I am guessing it's a Fastpass machine. If that is not specific enough, I will say in DCA. If that is still not specific enough, I will say Grizzly River Run.

Where would you find this?

Answer:
This is inside the Adventureland Bazaar in Disneyland.

Click on the image to enlarge

The responses I received were:

Jeff Toro
Aladdin's Oasis in Adventureland? Never been inside it, so this is a complete guess.
-- Good guess. You were only off by maybe 100 feet.

Jayson Weingarten
I am going to say the gift shop in Adventureland.

Tim & Malinda
Adventureland Bazaar.

John and Heather
We should disqualify ourselves from this since you borrowed John's flash to take the photo, but it is Aladdin's Lamp that is in the Adventureland Bazaar.
-- I was wondering if you would chime in on this one.

Kirby
Greetings Sahib!

That is a photo of the most excellent "Aladdin's Other Lamp" in Adventureland.

It is just a few paces away from another of my favorite hidden treasures of DL, "Shrunken Ned" (not to be confused with the silly coin operated boats in WDW).

Both are coin operated fun experiences. Insert 50 cents (is it still 50 cents?) for a couple of minutes silly audio and a few fun special effects (like smoke from the lamp).

Salaam!
-- I have no idea if it's still 50 cents. I don't think I've ever seen what Shrunken Ned can do. I'll try that next time.

Kirby
Aladdin's Other Lamp addendum:
I took video of Aladdin's Other Lamp during my Disneyland trip in 2002.

Your Mystery Photo has inspired me to upload the video to Google Video and YouTube this evening.
(yeah - they are both owned by Google. I just like to post my videos both places )

Who is this? Where would you see this? (Since John, as in "John and Heather", was sitting next to me when I took this photo, he has to include the woman's name for full credit. )

Answer:
This is ASIMO, a robot built by Honda, who you can see performing inside Disneyland's Innoventions building. ASIMO's name is an acronym for Advanced Step in Innovative MObility. The woman's name is Sarah McGuire. Or maybe Maguire. I'm not sure exactly how it's spelled.

The following are a couple shots of an earlier model. The one John and I saw is the latest version, that had arrived at Disneyland a month ago.

ASIMO in an Innoventions demonstration.

John and Heather
This is Asimo, the robot built by Honda. He resides in the Innoventions building in Tomorrowland. I was not with you guys, so I do not know what the woman's name is. John says that he is suffering from CRS (Can't remember s**t) and he has spaced on the woman's name.
-- Honestly, I would have been amazed if he actually remembered the woman's name! I had to tap out a note in my cell phone's notepad as soon as she introduced herself so I'd be sure to remember, myself!

Richard Blythe
I’m guessing Asimo in Innoventions.

Jayson Weingarten
That is the ASIMO robot in Innoventions.

After careful thought and some prowling through a certain photographer's online galleries we determined this is the information booth opposite the Engine Ears Toy Shop in California Adventure.
-- Gee, I wonder who that photographer might be...

Answer:
This statue is by the staircase in the courtyard between shops in Disneyland's New Orleans Square.

Click on the image to enlarge

The responses I received were:

Jeff Toro
Another good one. Man I got to get back there soon so I can refresh my memory. I am going to guess the Haunted Mansion. It looks like it could be in the graveyard.

Is that the Pied Piper?
-- I'm not sure who it's supposed to be, if it's anyone in particular.

Tim & Malinda
This is at the top of the staircase toward the back of New Orleans Square.
