In what part of the resort would you find a trash can that looks like this?

Trash cans like this can be found in Disneyland's Carnation Plaza Gardens area.

It's that window again! OK, it LOOKS like the window from the Horseshoe... But I am gonna say it is near the Haunted Mansion because of the gate lookin' thing.
