Answer:
This phone booth is near the Bonita Tower of the Disneyland Hotel.
I think this is the most difficult one I've used yet. In fact, if you had shown me this photo about a month ago, I wouldn't have known where it was!
Edited on 09/09/06 to add: There is another similar, but not quite the same, phone booth in Disney's California Adventure, in the back of the Hollywood Pictures Backlot, near the restrooms by the Hyperion Theater.

-- Interesting. You both picked the same area. And now that you mention it, I think there might be one back there, near the restrooms. I don't think it's full-sized and enclosed like this one, though. I'll have to check next time I'm there.
