Answer:
This is inside the Tower Hotel Gifts shop in California Adventure, at the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ attraction, where you can purchase the photo just snapped of you and your group a couple minutes earlier. I thought the partially visible "Picture if you will..." across the wall in the background would give it away.
