Answer:
This is a sample of the artwork available at Fairytale Arts, near the Matterhorn Bobsleds in Disneyland's Fantasyland.

Oh, yeah. A picture of the pictures you're not supposed to take pictures of... The art stand is located on the corner opposite the entrance to the Matterhorn Bobsleds, right next to the smoking area. I think there's a turkey leg stand there too, (or used to be...).
-- For everyone else: Yeah... I got in a little trouble for taking that first picture. Apparently they don't like people taking photos of the artwork here.

Answer:
This 1932 Cadillac can usually be found parked in front of the entrance to Disney's Grand Californian Hotel®. I say usually, because I'm not sure it's there at the moment. They're doing a refurb on the hotel's entrance right now and it may have been moved during that period.
