Who is this? Do you notice anything a little unusual about this scene?

Answer:
This is Billy Hill & the Hillbillies (left to right: Kirk Wall [aka Billy Elvis], Dennis Fetchet [aka Billy Fiddle], John Marshall [aka Billy Bass], and John's brother, the now retired Evan Marshall [aka Billy Mandolin].) What's unusual about this scene is that they are outside. They usually perform in The Golden Horseshoe, but on this day they were in Critter Country as part of the celebration for the opening of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh ride.

The responses I received were:

Billy Hill & the Hillbillies. It is unusual that they are not on the Golden Horseshoe stage.

Those are the "Gold Rush Music Performers" that usually play between Grizzly River and Golden Dreams. I have no clue what is "different", other than it looks like they are not at their usual spot.

We don't know who the band is, but the cabin looks like the one in Big Thunder Ranch.

Billy Hill & The Hillbillies is my guess, and what's strange in the picture is the grass on the roof of the buildings. Looks like they are bugs.
