Answer:
This is part of the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage in Disneyland's Tomorrowland. I know many people have not yet seen this since the ride reopened, but I figured the water would be a good clue.

I was told once there is a petting "zoo" in the back of DL inside the area that used to house the Hunchback Show. I have never been there, so if it's real, then thats my guess.

This is by the small Native American village on the north end of the Rivers of America. You pass by here while riding the Mark Twain Riverboat or Sailing Ship Columbia.

Who is this? Do you notice anything a little unusual about this scene?

Answer:
This is Billy Hill & the Hillbillies (left to right: Kirk Wall [aka Billy Elvis], Dennis Fetchet [aka Billy Fiddle], John Marshall [aka Billy Bass], and John's brother, the now retired Evan Marshall [aka Billy Mandolin].) What's unusual about this scene is that they are outside. They usually perform in The Golden Horseshoe, but on this day they were in Critter Country as part of the celebration for the opening of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh ride.

This is next to the P.T. Flea Market in Disney's California Adventure's Golden State section. At least, that's where the Disneyland web site says it is. Personally, I think the Bountiful Valley Farmers Market area of "a bug's land" makes more sense.

This is in the Bay Area part of California Adventure's Golden State section. This entire row of houses is actually a false front on the side of a single building. It once housed an arcade, but it hasn't been used for anything for a couple years now.
