Answer:
This is in the Bay Area part of California Adventure's Golden State section. This entire row of houses is actually a false front on the side of a single building. It once housed an arcade, but it hasn't been used for anything for a couple years now.

AHHHHHH, stumped me again..... So I will guess its in the Hollywood Backlot, near or on Hollywood Blvd.
