Who is this? Where would you see them?
Answer:
This is the Laughing Stock comedy group performing in front of the Golden Horseshoe. One or two of them also perform inside the saloon with the Billy Hill & The Hillbillies show. A couple others are from my favorite (and no longer performing) D.U.H. show in California Adventure.

This is the upper railing for the Golden Horseshoe Saloon in Frontierland. But we don't know who the gunmen are.
