Answer:
This is the fruit stand at Bountiful Valley Farmers Market in California Adventure. As far as I've been able to determine, the fruit stand has no official name. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

That is a fresh fruit stand. Where exactly? I am going to guess on Main Street USA.
-- Good guess, but the one on Main Street is quite a bit smaller.

There are many fruit stands in DL, I don't see pickles, so it's not the one on Main Street. I'll guess it's in Critter Country.
-- I forgot about that one. The Critter Country fruit stand is also smaller and portable, where this one isn't.

I think that this is the fruit stand next to the PT Flea shop in DCA.
