Answer:
This is the Carnation Plaza Gardens stage at the north end of Main Street U.S.A., where many local and some not-quite-so-local school ensembles perform throughout the day.

Carnation Gardens Plaza at the end of Main Street by the castle in Disneyland. John says to add that this is where the back way into Frontierland that comes out by El Zocalo.
