This is Crush from the Turtle Talk with Crush interactive experience in California Adventure's Animation Building.
Crush's son Squirt, on the construction wall around the submarine lagoon, where the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage will be opening to the public on June 11:

-- I have no idea, but since the ride is based on a movie he was in, I'd say it's a possibility. We'll find out in about a month... (June 2007 update: Yes, Crush is indeed part of the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage ride.)
