This statue of Brer Rabbit is on a well next to the Fastpass entrance at Splash Mountain in Disneyland's Critter Country.

This is in Critter Country.

Since this is "Brer Rabbit", I am going to guess that this statue is in Critter Country, most likely in the queue for Splash Mountain.
