That is from the Sun Wheel at DCA. It is the best ride to do first thing in the morning as the line gets backed up quickly, and there is no FastPass. I only ride the ride while I'm eating or drinking. A good break.

But, as for the Sun Wheel, in my experience, the line for the gondolas that don't swing is rarely too long. Of course, I do tend to go on days when the parks aren't very crowded.Jeff Toro
