I first thought it was the Haunted Mansion.. But the railing behind the light suggests that it is in the Horseshoe Review.

As long as you don't show the "Comedy Show"... It is the chandeliers in the Golden Horseshoe Saloon in Frontierland. (John thinks the show is corny at best, but My Father loves it so much I got the CD they sell in the gift shops for his Christmas present.)
