What is this, and where would you see it?

Answer:
Located in Disney's California Adventure, just outside the Monster's Inc. Mike & Sully to the Rescue! ride, this is one of the Monstropolis Cab Co. cars you ride in that attraction. This one was put outside the ride so people could pose for pictures while sitting in it.

These two life-sized plastic cows are at the Farmers Expo at Bountiful Valley in California Adventure's "a bug's land".
