These are The Miner '49ers, a musical act that plays in front of the Rushin' River Outfitters in Disney's California Adventure.

-- I wasn't expecting anyone to think of the Hillbillies, but I can see why that came to mind.

The musicians pictured are The Miner 49'ers and can be found opposite Rushin' River Outfitters near Grizzly River Run attraction in the California Adventure park. We were just there in mid-January and spent some time listening to these guys...

What is this, and where would you see it?

Answer:
Located in Disney's California Adventure, just outside the Monster's Inc. Mike & Sully to the Rescue! ride, this is one of the Monstropolis Cab Co. cars you ride in that attraction. This one was put outside the ride so people could pose for pictures while sitting in it.
