I think that it is from the train station. I really have no idea about this one. I'll be amazed if I get this one right.
-- There is a similar one in the train station as well as one of the buildings in the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in DCA. But, while they are all similar, they are not all identical.

Answer:
This is Disneyland's Main Street Cinema, where you can see the 1928 cartoon "Steamboat Willie" and a few other favorite Disney classics. "Steamboat Willie" was the world's first synchronized-sound cartoon, and also featured the debut appearances of both Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

I think it's the Main Street Cinema. A very nice place to go when it's hot during the summer.

The current photo is the booth at the entrance to the Main Street Cinema in Disneyland. This theatre plays short features on it's six screens.
