This wall is near Big Thunder Ranch in the walkway between Frontierland and Fantasyland.

Personally, I don't have a clue, but Heather seems to think it's on one of the buildings at the entrance to Frontierland across from the shooting gallery and next to the ATM.

This is the figurehead on the front of Disneyland's Sailing Ship Columbia.
