Answer:
This is Shrunken Ned, who resides in the Adventureland Bazaar.

-- Well, I suppose you could probably see him if you look over that way, through one of the windows.

This is, of course, Shrunken Ned (or Shrunken Head Ned) in the Adventureland Bazaar. He is one of my favorite details of Disneyland. I got a video of one of his routines when I was at the DPN's Westfest on May 5.

John and Heather
This is "Shrunken Ned". He resides in the Adventureland Bazaar, in Adventureland.

This is on the tree that holds the treehouse on Pirate's Lair at Tom Sawyer Island.

I have never seen it, but will guess its out on the Pirate Island, since it used to be Tom Sawyer Island.
