That is the Golden Zephyr.

Since you are not asking the name of the attraction (Golden Zephyr), only the location, I will say DCA. Its the first ride you come to if your walking along the waters edge.

-- I guess I could have worded the question a bit better, huh?

John and Heather
This is the car for the Golden Zephyr in DCA.

Where would you see (something similar to) this?

Answer:
This is the Carnation Plaza Gardens stage at the north end of Main Street U.S.A., where many local and some not-quite-so-local school ensembles perform throughout the day.

Sometimes, late at night, you might even see adults performing on the stage:

That is the pavilion in front of, and to the left of, the castle as viewed from the Partners statue.

Tim & Malinda
Plaza Gardens Stage.

John and Heather
Carnation Gardens Plaza at the end of Main Street by the castle in Disneyland. John says to add that this is where the back way into Frontierland that comes out by El Zocalo.

Jeff Toro
Not sure what its called, but I think its the stage area near something with carnation in the title.
