Answer:
This is in California Adventure's Bountiful Valley Farm, part of "a bug's land".

This "band" stand is in the Golden State area of DCA by the Bountiful Valley Farmer's Market.
-- It does seem like it should be considered part of the Golden State area, but the park map says it's really in "a bug's land".

Answer:
This is inside the Mad Hatter shop in Disneyland's Fantasyland. (That's John Wright - as in "John and Heather" - keeping an eye on me in the mirror...)
