Who is this?
Answer:
This is the Delta Daddios (and park visitor Beverly, who joined them for a song on May 4, 2009). The Delta Daddios used to perform in Disneyland's New Orleans Square, but lately they can be found in California Adventure in front of the Animation Building.

These are the "Delta Daddy O's" and the girl is Beverly. They are singing in front of the Imagination Building in the Hollywood Backlots of DCA.

I have no idea who those people are but I know that they are in front of the Animation Station in California Adventure.
