What is this building? Where would you find it?

Answer:
This is the Stage Door Café restaurant, located next to the Golden Horseshoe in Disneyland's Frontierland.

In what part of the resort would you find an oversized trash can that looks like this?

Answer:
What better place to put an oversized trash can than the Pinocchio parking lot for oversized vehicles (buses, big rigs, RVs, etc.).

March 10, 2007 Update: I found out yesterday that these trash cans can also be found at the Timon parking lot tram stop.
