Who is this? Where would you see her?

Answer:
This is the evil queen above the entrance to Snow White's Scary Adventures in Disneyland's Fantasyland. She parts the curtains to glare down at the crowd about every thirty seconds or so.

That is the wicked witch from Snow White. She can be seen every so often, opening and closing the curtain, looking at the guests of the park.

I am going to say that is the evil queen from Snow White.. However, I have NO idea where that is and will GUESS it is somewhere near the Snow White ride. GREAT looking window too!
