I thought that every trashcan had some sort of identifying design, so I'm going to guess that it is somewhere either backstage in a cast member only area, or on the far boundaries of the resort.

-- I was surprised to find such a plain looking trash can, too. But there were two of them, by the staircases on the Mark Twain's second level.

This is the Dapper Dans, a barbershop quartet that performs on Main Street U.S.A. in Disneyland.

They are the Dapper Dans, and they are pretty much amazing. Look at the colorful outfits, the Deagan Organ Chimes, the crowd of people around them.
